Shipping & Returns
Vantage Motors Shipping Policy
All orders will normally be shipped within 1-4 working business days after the date of payment.. All packages will be sent via Fedex. When shipping International, customs can delay packages by up to several weeks.
Custom Bentley Motors or Rolls Royce orders can be delayed, a delivery quote is made when ordering however there is no time guarantee unless said order becomes NLA "no longer availalle" once shipped by the manfacturer there is no refund.
If USPS is preferred you must contact us directly.
If the shipping address is different from the address provided to Vantage Motors or PayPal, please contact the Vantage Motors directly, if no special instruction have been provided, the shipment will be sent per the order address provided to Vantage Motors.
Vantage Motors Return Policy:
Customer refund minus 15% stocking fee and shipping, cost return of prodiuct customer pays shipping with product in original condition 15 days from delivery date.
Custom orders with Bentley Motors or Rolls Royce Motorcars are not refundable, per the manufacturer. Therefore, Vantage Motors is unable to refund custom-ordered parts.
Error in product a 100% refund or correct part plus or minus cost of correct part shipping paid by Vantage Motors, returned product in original condition 15 days from delivery date.
